🍍 Vitamin C-rich fruits like mangoes, pineapples, and papayas can not only transport you to a tropical paradise but also give your immune system the extra kick it needs to combat allergies.

🌿 Herbs like basil, mint, and rosemary add a burst of flavor to your dishes, but they also possess natural antihistamine properties, providing relief from allergies.

🥒 Stay cool and fight allergies with refreshing cucumbers. These hydrating wonders contain quercetin, an anti-inflammatory compound that helps reduce allergy symptoms.

🍓 Antioxidant-rich berries like blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries are also high in quercetin, soothing inflammation caused by allergies.

🥦 And don't forget to eat foods that contain a lot of fibre. While fibre may not directly combat the allergic response itself, you will be maximising your gut microbiome's ability to produce health promoting short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). SCFAs play a vital role in contributing to a healthier immune system and reduced inflammation. Which can help alleviate allergy symptoms.
